Stay healthy over the summer with these free, drop-in seminars with MHealthy! All sessions are free to University of Michigan staff, faculty and students. Check back on this page for added events in the coming weeks.

Zumba
Tuesday, June 9: 12-12:45pm
Zumba is a dance fitness class based on Latin dance and using international rhythms. It’s a party you won’t want to miss!! So leave your inhibitions at the door and come have some fun with a great work out! Proper footwear required (sneakers, etc.). Open to all North Quad staff and faculty to attend.

Desk Exercises and Stay Fit on Holiday
Monday, June 15: 8-9am  *free coffee will be served!*
Desk Exercises: When you don’t have time to leave for a complete work out, we can show you a few exercises to help you feel better at the end of your otherwise sedentary day!
Holiday Fitness: Have you ever come back from a holiday and felt terrible physically? Here are a few exercises you can do every other day so when you et back, you are refreshed and feel good!
