Please note: North Quad stakeholders can place reservations now for events taking place after the start of the Fall semester
North Quad stakeholders include:
- North Quad Residential Community
- Global Scholars Program
- Max Kade House
- Language Resource Center
- Sweetland Center for Writing
- Communication Studies
- School of Information
- Film, Television, and Media
All other groups are free to submit requests after Monday, September 2, 2024 for the Fall/Winter semester. At that point, all reservation requests will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
Space 2435 and the Media Gateway can be reserved at no cost by UM students, staff and faculty. Priority is given to people and groups affiliated with North Quad. Reservation requests will be approved or rejected by the North Quad Programming Staff, and are processed in the order in which they were received. All requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the date of the requested event. For further information about the North Quad common spaces, visit the Spaces.
